Director, R.K. Senior Secondary School

When we opened the doors of R.K. Senior Secondary School in 1991, we had a simple goal — to build a school in Lucknow where children would actually look forward to coming every morning. Three decades later, that goal still drives every decision we make. I have watched this institution grow from a small setup in Aliganj into a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school serving over 2,000 students across Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams. What has not changed is our belief that education is not just about marks. It is about helping each child find what they are genuinely good at and giving them the confidence to pursue it. Our teachers are the backbone of this school. Many of them have been with us for years, and they know our students not just by name but by temperament. They understand which child needs a push and which one needs patience. That kind of attention is something no smart classroom can replace, and it is something we will never compromise on. We have invested in infrastructure that matches our ambition — well-equipped science and computer labs, a growing library, dedicated spaces for sports and the arts — because we believe a child learns as much on a badminton court or a stage as they do in a classroom. Our students have consistently delivered strong board results, but I am equally proud of the ones who represent us in inter-school competitions, who organise cultural events, and who step up when the community needs them. To the parents reading this — choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child. I invite you to visit our campus, meet our faculty, and see for yourself what makes R.K. Senior Secondary School different. We do not just enrol students here. We welcome families into a community that will walk with your child for the next twelve years of their life.
